The countdown is on, 3 years 362 days…

The countdown is on, 3 years 362 days until we can remove the dastardly duo of Stewart/Stirrup from power.  Let me clarify the term, “we” by “we”, I mean the voters of Prince William County.  For those who need clarification, or are clamoring for a ‘legal disclaimer’ here you go -

Given past election trends in Western Prince William, a Democratic win would have been highly unlikely. Ed Wilbourn(R) was finally ousted through a convention or primary, can’t remember which one. This allowed a smart growth candidate to take the lead on a republican ticket four years ago. Ed Wilbourn was a developer supervisor, hated by many of his constiuents and John Stirrup was a welcome relief from his reign. Until John Stirrup fell under Greg Latiques bizarre rantings, I am sure his margin would have been even higher and would not have lost any princincts to Riley. Corey Riley was an unknown, with no community recognition and little real support as far as a credible campaign goes. Not sure if you have seen Greg’s latest video, but anyone who follows him is mindless. He describes a twisted logic where slavery was God’s plan so that we (i.e. the white man) could learn from their mistakes and become better people. Not sure why God would reap such horror for so many centuries on black people so that white people could learn a valuable lesson. His other twisted logic would convince us that elected officials are actually put here by God…..COO KOO!!! Prince William County will see how this issue plays out, when there is no money for schools, when there is no money for all the resources this county requires to keep its required programs above water and a 14 million dollar law enforcement plan diverting much needed funds for other programs.

    Alanna,

Is the below mentioned scum-bagged someone you know? Since you seem to be obsessed with the rights of lawbreakers, why not use your time and effort to protect innocent children?

    “Man Charged with Assaulting Children
    By Bonnie Hobbs
    October_18, 2007

Fairfax County police have charged a 23-year-old Centreville man with sexually assaulting four children at the Centreville Regional Library. He is Mynor Andres Gonzalez Estrada of 6338 Field Flower Trail in The Meadows community.”

“On Monday, Gotthardt said police have since learned that Estrada, a day laborer, is reportedly an illegal alien. In addition, the investigation is continuing and police say further charges are pending. Meanwhile, Estrada is being held without bond in the Adult Detention Center and has a Nov. 13 court date.”

And here is a case where an undocumented immigrant protected the life of an innocent child -

We have people serving in our armed services and police forces that were in violation of federal immigration law at some period in their lives. These individuals are now considered to be upstanding US citizens.

It is not logical to point to an instance of despicable behavior by a person and then extrapolate that to mean that all individuals that are in violation of immigration laws are sex offenders or drunk drivers or whatever the case of the day may be.

    Alanna,

It is logical to alert law-abiding citizens to the actions of these individuals who have no respect for public safety!
