Wednesday, November 14th, 2007It has come to my attention that Toll Brothers is under no obligation to pave the remainder of the Waverly Farm Loop from Gravely Elementary School to Route 15 until the “development of the adjacent land bays” which in the current real estate market could take quiet some time. Maybe Supervisor Stirrup can use his discretionary funds to pave another road?
